@@MetalHeadReacts Yeah, it's impossible to understand how people can do that to others, to their children, partners etc. It's a long way to process things and I don't think I ever completely will. I'm sorry that you have been through it too and it sucks that it's not taken as seriously when it's a woman who abuses.

Thank you for reacting to this. I have listened to this video so many times. My son and I was in the same situation I was beat constantly in front of my son. If you are strong enough you can get out. I did and I am very happy in my life now. My son now is almost 24 and his dad is in jail now. That's why he told his dad to listen to Hellyeah Better Man. I usually don't like sharing my past but I just want people to know it's ok you can get out. Always much love to you 💗

It is not an easy thing to talk about, and all too often you get the "Why didn't you just leave?" but people don't realize your state of mind in that situation. I am so glad to hear that you managed to escape and that you now have a happy life, and you are indeed correct, your story is indeed proof that if you are strong, you can survive and things will get better. Half my childhood was in this situation. And this song hits hard. And was raided by my mom who is a strong woman who was able to break us away from that situation.

A great reaction video to a song that never fails to rip my heart out through my mouth. Chad is pure emotion and energy...and talent. Two ways you move forward after trauma, you either grow and become stronger, or you collapse and wither. I chose to become stronger. Music (like this) has helped me do that at the worst of times. I also loved your sharing about your personal experience. Thank you.
