Nice work...! Question...did you add a finish on the wall when you add the color epoxy...like a clear coat...?
@StoneCoatCountertops5 жыл бұрын
Hi Shapeless Pain! We do not add a clear coat over top like you would on a flat level surface. What colors would you have used with our vertical wall kit?
@schnackmaster5 жыл бұрын
Ok thanks...hmm i think i would add no more than two colors. Classic black with gold vens or dark grey with some blue lines. The silver grey in the end of the video looks also very good.

I'm so addicted to these videos. Last year I slipped into a coma. I went into multiple major organ failure and ultimately lost both of my kidneys. I spent the latter half of the year intubated on life support, on a feeding tube, in the ICU and then I was sent to a nursing home to learn to move, sit, eat and walk again etc. but when I first woke up I was strapped to the bed (for safety), I couldn't speak (due to the breathing tube in me and neurological and brain damage) and was told what happened to me and how long I'd been unconscious, one of my first thoughts was, "My gosh, there must be tons of Stonecoat videos to catch up on." So, yeah, THAT is an "ADDICT" for ya! I love you guys, your vids your products and your talent for teaching and desire to share your knowledge with us. I'm so excited because this week I'm well enough to have resumed painting and guess what I'm doing today? Yes, I'm doing my first exposures piece in nearly a full year. It's great to be back!

I am redoing my childhood home. I am going to do the shower, counters kitchen and the floors with your stuff. I have found tiles that I like. I can print them onto a thin photo fabric-ink jet printer only. Glue them onto the proper size board while on the floor. Make the screw holes while it is soft, keeping the screws in. You can cut around this stuff for the shower easy. I am doing videos of the place and will give you the notice when I have them up on my channel. I am an artist, but never flipped a house before. I see it as a giant empty canvas. I am making the cabinets and counters myself, little help as possible. I found a black print on a glass tile for $18. a sq. ft. If I print them out myself, glue them onto the proper size back splash in the kitchen, cover it with the resin, make sure it has screws in holes for a short time and remove them before it hardens. Then screw it all up on the wall. That way it doesn't run down. I have to put all new shower up bath is total redone and kitchen is total redone. I will be putting heat in the floors, cover with the boards screw them down carefully to not mess with the wiring, then cover with the resin. My kitchen counters are green malachite similar, the floors a brown exotic stone look like you did with the group of people. Hope to be done by fall this year. I start May 10th.

BlackCat2 BlackCat2 Come watch my videos that I will be doing on my channel in May, 'She thought she could, so she did.'- House flipping edition. I will show you how to do a shower that will not leak, adding the resin to boards with prints underneath and attaching them to the walls. I am redoing my childhood home. This is my first time. I do know that everything behind the outside wall has to have red guard on it and everything in corners. It all has to be sealed. Then when you screw up the resin walls, they will have to be grouted and sealed too. If you sign on and subscribe, when I do the house videos, you can see them.

Hi Guys, Thank you so much! In desperation I'm writing you ... I'm South African and have a lovely old Mid Century modern house ... but the only draw back is that it has a flat roof and therefor extremely low ceilings ... so thought of glossing up the ceilings in an effort of giving it the effect that it is higher. Would it be at all possible to apply to existing ceilings? I only want to gloss-up the existing colour without any additional effects. If this is at all possible any advise as how to go about it ? Thank you in advance for your consideration regarding. Amanda

Hi Johnny Zaccheo! We don't use the torch because we don't want to heat up the epoxy, if we do it will tend to run off of your vertical surface! Vertical surfaces are a different ballgame but totally possible.
