When i first heard lux aeterna i thought they would go a more nwobhm line (what would have made sense). I had high expectations after that. But all other songs are same stuff as usual i did not blinked an eye. :(

So far I'm quite underwhelmed by the singles from this album. This is probably their more interesting piece composition wise, but damn is it samey all over the place. The main riff is a variation of spit out the bone. The drums are stock oompaoompa, solo is pentatonic lick after pentatonic lick. Harmonies are nice. Bass sounds good I guess. Singing is OK, but james keeps finishing on the same note. There's no variation. Say what you will about mustaines vocals. We'll be back, nightstalkers and soldier on bury this on ferocity alone. All that is not to diminish the fact that you just learned this song hours ago. Hat is firmly off. Kudos.
