Its a custom DLC, created by someone within the Rocksmith community. If you play a console edition of Rocksmith, then you can't play it unfortunately. There are tutorials on how to download these if you play on PC.

Arc Studio well damn that sucks. I’ve got it on Xbox one. You can do anything on pc. When I got the game I was really hoping for some Polyphia to be on there. Or some as blood runs black. But of course it’s all the mainstream songs that radio stations throw up on

So...let me get this straight. This guy has never really tried to play this before..yet can sight read from the screen and nail it and get about 80-90% of it correct on the first play through. I could try and learn this for 6 months and it wouldn't sound nearly as this guy's first attempt!
