Just a bit of back story. James hetfield is the singer song writer of metallica. He suffers depression and anxiety Largely due to his horrible upbringing and the death of his mother when he was still young. She died as a direct result of her strong religious belief's. Many of metallica songs are very deep and about james inner battle's When you understand the meaning of the songs you feel them more and appreciate them more. Enjoy your metallica journey but do yourself a favour and dig deeper to really appreciate the quality of the songs.
