Metallica: One, Solo guitar cover on one single classical acoustic guitar by Thomas Zwijsen. Metallica's One was released with Official Music Video in 1989 on the "...And Justice for All" album, and became clearly one of the biggest hits in the metal world.
Many have covered this masterpiece on fingerstyle acoustic/classical guitar, including a great version by Mike Dawes, however this is the first full solo guitar version that includes all solos without any loop stations/overdubbing. I just gave a glaring, judgmental look to my acoustic guitar ... sitting there in the corner, covered in a fine layer of dust. "You never did that", one of us said to the other. I remember meeting Ben when I was on the streets traveling this country.. This was way before KZbin.. him and I sat there and just jammed for hours on end drinking beer... back then he was the only person I met who knew metal songs and did it acousticly, flamenco style... He was a good dude and I miss him dearly.. We've talked throughout the years on Facebook and what not but back in 2003 or 2004 is when I met him.. He was definitely no where near as talented as he was before his death... he's a good dude.. I was just a drunken train hopper who happened to come across him..

Thank you, I agree 100%. That’s exactly what annoys me about most fingersfyle players. I prefer notes to be played clearly and with a nice tone, not playing drums on the guitar. I guess that’s the main difference between classical guitar players and modern steel string fingerstyle..
