Gotta say James on this album is like the best he has sounded since at LEAST the black album EASILY. ALSO....major props to Mr. TRUJILLO (I CANT Spell) on bass. I mean this is the best bass mix on a 'Tallica album since.....what....Master of Puppets maybe? Definitely the best bass mix of any album with either Rob or even Jason on bass.

Just like the Black album in 1991 I believe, I listened to the new stuff once and said it sucks ! In 1984 I thought ride the lightening sucked, but for some reason Metallica songs seem to grow on you and I now love this album. Great reaction.
