Metallica - The Memory Remains (Bass Cover)

This was the challenge song for May. Took a bit longer to learn because I REALLY needed to get better at scales and muting. I almost switched learning this one for something easier, but the point of the challenge songs is to push myself to get better at things I'm not comfortable with so I can be a more well rounded player so I forced myself to practice in smaller chunks to get it.
This is blasphemy, but this is my favorite Metallica song. Guitar Hero: Metallica was really my first exposure to more of their discography other than One from Guitar Hero 3 and that game made me realize that the bass is a pretty cool instrument. 15 years later I can actually play this on a real instrument rather than a plastic controller lol.
