Considering 72 seasons is very reminiscent of the actual good material on Load I would expect it tbh. When I say good material on Load, I mean songs that aren’t “mama said” or “Ronnie”. Load is a good album, there’s just some weird bloat songs that didn’t need to be included and could have been saved for an EP or something. I’m not going to lie though, I hate ReLoad. Only good songs on that are “Devils Dance” and “Fixxxer”

This song was a surprise to me tonight. They were amazing. My first Metallica concert was in 1988 (I was 18) now with my son (16) his first Metallica concert 😢😊. He loved every minuten of it.

Load and Reload both very good albums. But I have to admit that when they first came out it was like wtf, but both albums are very good because metal music isn't just about playing fast. And that performance was perfect. Nice one Metallica.

Its gotta be the S&M shows during 1999 when this was last played live? I cant recall it being on the list after that. But, its great having it back. I think in general, the "Load" era for the most part has gotten a lot of deserved respect and re-attention since this was last regularly played live, with most of its songs, in particular Outlaw Torn and Fixxxer now hailed as greats. Its awesome seeing this song from a different era/time of the band played now with Rob.

It certainly feels though, that its been longer than '08 since it was last played. Because it wasnt featured asmuch in the setlist after '99 , it was cemented to the mid 90s live era. And, its great to see it live again. Id like more of that back. Hero of the Day, Aint my Bitch. And someday, Id love to see The House that Jack Built finally get built up onstage.
