EASY WAY TO CUT AND BEND MANUALLY AN ANGLE BAR AT 90° CORNER

Wala talaga ako magamit na may guard wheel sa mga naunang kung video. Kaya napilitan lang akong gamitin kahit na ayaw ko. Aware naman ako sa aksidenting mangyayari dahil nakapagtrabaho na rin ako sa company na 0 tolerance sa gantong paggamit. just what I needed to see!! I have a question, at the bend part, do I need to cut the 45 degree all the way through the angle? or can I just touching the bending side wall?

You can cut sir all the way through the angle and you can make an adjustment additional millimeter with your cut in between thoose angle so you can easily bend the angle bar. My preference is the cut i make in between the angle is base on the thickness of angle bar,you can cut it by using much thicker grinding disc. Thanks sir
