I enjoyed seeing you guys have a relaxing supper. We didn’t make the meetup on Thursday because we got last minute reservations at the Llama Trek. Steve was pleased that your video there had so many views. I picked Oscar to hike with. We had a wonderful time. We stopped at Preachers Smokehouse BBQ for lunch and told him that you recommended him. We also did Parrot Island because of your video. Ps while we were there in May we decided to try the Peddler as we had watched your video of your time eating there and I have to say that was the best Steak I have ever had and I like my steaks on well well done side the chef came out and asked how I wanted my steak and I told him it was cooked perfect just the way I like it and it was so tender so kudos to the Peddler Restaurant

We plan on eating a picnic lunch there in August. Our first hotel is in Gatlinburg. Then we plan on going thru the national park, stopping at Metcalf Bottoms for lunch. We'll stop in Townsend to river tube. From there we'll finish our vacation a few nights in Pigeon Forge. Your channel has been helpful in our trip planning. We'll definitely stop at Friendly Falls after seeing your recent video.

I like your guys videos. You guys got us to try the breakfast camp which is my favorite place as well as some others. This video showed a lot of what I love. The steam is awesome. Love listening to a running stream. Great place for kids and adults to cool off and look for interesting stuff. Never picniced there but looks like it would be fun to do. Glad to see dawn be a little more involved. Keep up the great work. I envy you living down there.

We just came home to AL from there. We visited the Little Greenbrier school and the Walker Sisters place. We saw the sign for Metcalf bottoms, and now we wish we had gone there! Will definitely go next time we come. Great video.

Metcalf Bottoms is a favorite place to picnic in the Smokys. It’s more crowded now, but still a very nice place to cook a meal and just relax.

Love to go back and watch your older videos. Really when it comes down to it cooking your steaks and veggies are the way to go. If you halfway know how to cook I think you can't beat doing it yourself.. Much better and less money. You know how you like your food.Salad are COLD. Potatos are HOT.
