MODERN NATIVE REST HOUSE DESIGN / FARM HOUSE DESIGN

Hi guys!! its been a long time since my last upload about a tutorial on how i design a 3 bedroom modern native house from scratch, and i feel very sorry for the one's who requested a 3d house walktrough. Because i've been busy this past few months , and hoping that you will still support this channel. Thank you for your consideration.... And now in this video, i'm gonna sharing you a walkthrough of a 3 bedroom modern native farm house or a rest house design with Deck, outdoor spaces ( Lanai ) , and a 3.2 x 6m swimming pool that is perfect for recreational activities..You can enjoy and feel the fresh air while relaxing in this outdoor spaces. This is perfect for families and friends that are for staycation.Enjoy watching!!.

Very nice concept. I would love to have the kitchen and the living area where the master bedroom is, near the outer living room and the pool. That leaves all the rooms upstairs where there could be more privacy. If you have such design, would love to see it. Also, please minimize the fade in/out when showing the interiors, allow the viewers to see the details with ample time. Overall, the idea is awesome. Great design.

i been searching for this type of house design. the open living area and dinning area which is connected to the pool is very accessible and very relaxing. but i just wish that it has a small kitchen in that area where the family can cook or grill and a ladder going up to the 2nd floor but it’s inside in that area not the ladder behind the out door dinning table and outdoor CR. to architect who design this, nice one sir,napakaganda po. i wish that you can make another design which is similar to this but the 2nd floor is not elevated and it doesn’t have a ladder from the dinning area going up to the living area and the roof is just flat. 👌👍👍

Great-looking exterior but with an inaccessible bathroom? Should do something about the bathroom that can be accessed easily from the bedroom. The door's location seems to suggest it's an outhouse.
