Get yourself a deburring tool mate, so much easier than using a scalpel. Fantastic designs, will check them out on cults.

Thanks mate. You know I keep meaning to get one. Been wanting one for ages but never took 5 minutes to get one.

i am currently working on a fully mechanical and full auto capable hpa engine like the one you showcased a while ago it should also be fully capable of taking CO2 cartridges in the stock

Been using a dap of superglue to secure the spoon ejection spring on mine. Both on the impact and the trip mine. Got some of the 40mm springs yesterday. Would love for you to make a 209 primer fuse.

got a link to those springs?

Could you glue the end of the spring rather than bending it? Or will that affect function? Also would I need to worry about getting hurt if it went off in my hand lol
@FulcrumAirsoft2 ай бұрын
I suppose so, but you might find the glue may fail from constant flexing. I've fired many in my hands, shouldn't be an issue. Slight warmth from the flash. Officially, I should recommend you don't. But if you keep your hands away from the exhaust ports you'll be fine, but watch your hearing.

Nice design!

Thanks mate, that tiny little hole really makes a difference. It can still work without the spring being shaped, but it makes it a lot more stable and allows for increased sensitivity.

Where did you buy the springs, or do you have any more property about the spring other than 1,4 x 14 x 40? Like number of coils or load capacity. I have a hard time finding similar springs. Thanks in advance!
@FulcrumAirsoft5 ай бұрын
I get them from a supplier in China, I'll have to look them up again. But I did use an M110 recently and it worked fine when shaped the same way. I'll have a look for other properties.

@@FulcrumAirsoft Thank you! I already printed two grenades that are using M110 spring with the old fuze body. Unfortunately I cannot bend the end of it, because it would be too short. So i'm just looking for cheaper options.

@@leventewrabel www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176018705826?var=475459316091 These are the springs I use for production models. They work very well, but the only thing is the lead time, which has nearly caught me out before.

Any chance you'll be doing a primer grenade?

My local site has advised me against it. Printing a BFG is a whole different kettle of fish, a lot of insurers get twitchy apparently.

do you have a link to the springs you are using instead of aeg springs?

Can be adjusted too the sensitivity of the twist head fuze?
@FulcrumAirsoft5 ай бұрын
The spring system is identical across both fuzes. So yes you can tweak and tune the twist head.

anyone else having problems with the caps not going off ?
@FulcrumAirsoft3 ай бұрын
What caps are you using? Do they fit properly?
@satj85393 ай бұрын
@@FulcrumAirsoft after some testing i’m thinking that the caps i’m using are just super low quality since hitting them with a hammer sometimes doesn’t even work.
@FulcrumAirsoft3 ай бұрын
@satj8539 Yeah, I don't want to just blame everything but the Meteorite, but the caps I use seem very reliable. In fact I lost my Meteorite once and found it 2 weeks later on a soaking wet day and it still fired at least half of them even after getting soaking wet. Also found remnants of a Comet from my last event and that fired when struck. Sohni Wicke caps are what I use. They cost me approx 15-20p each firing
