Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup gram flour (chane ka atta)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
3 green chillies, made into a paste
1 tbsp sesame seeds.
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder, roasted
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
3 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
2 tbsp oil
Water as required to make a dough
Some oil or ghee for frying
