Made this recipe today, turned out fabulous 👌🏻 U r not just a wonderful chef but also a great teacher. Couple of things I altered in the recipe: I didn't soak the methi leaves in salt water as u instructed coz I like that bitter taste in the methi dishes (personal fav). Also, I added cubes of paneer and some grated paneer as well to give it a wholesome body.

I made it with Kasoori methi because I didn’t have methi.. I soaked it and used it as if it was the methi in the video.. it came out great.. thanks for the lovely recipe! 😊
