Yesss, tried today and 5 year old who doesn’t like methi liked it too 😊I am glad I have something else to make with methi now other than methi parathas.😊

Pls come to blore. Methi is always used in pulao . We have it every other day and Methi n matar is commonly used.

Hi Varun... I had watched this recipe sometime back... but today I tried it came out very aromatic & flavorful.... every body enjoyed... Along with it dal tadka.. not a single grain of rice leftover...

Simple and nice- only viewers should remember to wash the methi real well as there is always a lot of clay sticking to it. Chef Inamdar- why not too many “Absolutely” today?😂

Sublime... This is for all those who say Indian cuisine is too strong on oily gravies. I would like to keep the salt level low to begin with and give a round of coarsely crushed rock salt and lime juice just before serving.
