I have been watching this channel since 3 years +more . And finally come to conclusion. You must have a precise idea about Quantity. Example.....me before watching recipie I don't about quantity . After few years of watching. I came to know about. ( tbsp ,tsp,). Boiling and blanching , double fry , plating and basic tips for cooking. . I will always be grateful toward Our legend chef.

Ranveer ji, I made this pulao for dinner, it was delightful. Spinach is one of my favorite vegetables and I enjoyed cooking it. I oven baked the koftis, it became flat at the bottom and had rounded top ( like when we bake cookies). Then I sautéed in a pan with ghee for uniform browning. This pulao will good for Christmas lunch along with tomato soup as green and red are Christmas colors. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼.
