I love that you took a whole year and actually used the machine to give your own review. Cooper recently made a review on the machine and was already giving positive reviews without even using it. I'm sure his discount hugely impacted his already biased review

Cooper was already sent to that same companym I'm guessing Hayden was one of the people that pointed cooper in the right direction. Not only that cooper might have welded a lot but he said in his last upload that he's new to TIG.

Where I work, we have 3 Fronius Mig welders that run on our welding robots. Beautiful welds every time ( with ideal conditions). I have no complaints about their machines.

Awesome work but man i don’t understand why people drill holes/cut into old oem parts, especially on a type r wth. They make aftermarket/replica panels that’s what i’d be buying n cutting into. Also, isn’t the motor gonna rock under load, causing the exit to rub on the frame n fender?

Well the ability to color it like that is basically the only reason it's even used in this application. There's really no need for a titanium exhaust other than bragging rights. Sure, you can save twenty pounds, but your wallet will lose quite a bit of weight as well and there are much cheaper options for weight saving

the best way to line up your holes going through the fender use a long drill bit 12 inch or so it should make it so much faster looks grate need a custom header for my bike and car you have seen both there

Sup my man....so, when you say Fronius sent that to you, and you put it thru its paces, are you saying they saw your channel and wanted you to try it, on the house? Lol Or are you saying you dropped the $6000 for the setup and then they sent it to you? Lol I have heard of BOTH scenarios but most "one man band" channels wind up paying out of pocket for all their equipment. Just curious cuz ide love to have one someday, I just bought a used Dynasty 280 mainly for the amperage, but I absolutely love it! I actually thought about going higher in amperage in 6 months to a year but, idk. I dont get many 1" thick aluminum jobs right now so, Fronius is still a dream of mine. Was curious about their service too cuz I KNEW for a fact my Miller can get service from like 3 different shops on my way to work in Indianapolis. Anyway, sweetass exhaust brother!

Ive said this before in another video, but you kyle and shawn are the reason i signed up for welding school last mo. The day before i finished, i got a full time TIG welding job at a fab shop making cages and other animal vivariums. Just finished up my first 40/hr week and only got to tig weld in school for about 4-5 hours total Have you ever had your finger tip go numb? it's been numb since monday, and its sunday =/ any idea? also, what type of tungsten and filler wire did you use?

titanium filler goes from AWS A5.16 ERTi-2 up to ERTi-23, it all just depends on the grade you are working with, as far as your finger i'm not too sure, either you're gripping the torch to tight, gloves too tight maybe? and congrats on finding something you like doing!

Only 4grand for that set up. Shit I use a 100$ welder from harbor freight. Not gonna speek on the welds but it turn on right away. But I do enjoy wielding and I make everything from flanges to full exhaust. Turbo manifolds. Ect. Welds we won't gonna speak about

Why hide how you anodized the pipe, you should do a tutorial on it, at least tell me if you used a torch or a electrical charge of some type, even if you show us how you do it doesn't mean everybody will be able to do it as good as you do, so we arnt taking any kind of business or $ away from you
