Metin2 Steam: How to access detail for recovery password for storage and another

Bro I really appreciate you. I didnt play Metin2 in 1 year more or less. They fusion the servers and now all my stuff is my storage and i dont remember my pass. I'm gonna wait for the support and if they give me my acc name u really save me. Thank you a lot! And have a good day!

hey the problem is that i contacted the support and they told me that my acc has no such username that i can use to log in with gameforge and that my acc could be reached only through steam since yesterday they dont answer my tickets... what should i do

Since support said your account doesn't have an username, did you created a new account straight from Steam only or used a different sign up website other than steam? Because of different organizations have different servers, I made a new account from steam only and it seem to be generated an username which will also link to the gameforge you will be able to use later.

Is that name, the same as your steam username? or how do i like take it into my Gameforge?

That steam username is not same as to Gameforge account. The username seems to be a "generated" by a machine to link both your Steam account and Gameforge. To get your username for Gameforge, simply ask Gameforge Support what your username is and they will give you one. Then you can finally login to app Gamforge to login for delete code or any others.

Starting from this Metin2 main site:gameforge.com/en-US/play/metin2 Go to "Support" and from there, you can access for your account setting and other you needs.

I don't think there is an option let you find your storage password from in-game itself, beside enter it to open. From 3:16, you can see that your account contains one of the buttons let you request for your storage password. Confirmed that you made a new registration through steam and have login in GameForge, then go to metin2 page from GF app and open one of your username link. That link page should let you see your account lists one of the button let you request for your storage password.

You will get only half of it. The rest goes to Gameforge application where all of your metin2 characters and details are there.
