No more squatter area in metro manila because the government of Philippines and the president we build the house for the poor people.

i dont think no more. there are still 25 esteros with squatters not yet cleaned. the reason there is difficulty clearing it there are people living on those area. Average 20 years before it will cleaned cause governemnt need to relocated people living there

It only caters the rich investors in real estate and not the ordinary Juan Dela Cruz. Also, Metro-Manila is over developed and you build a project like this and the roads were not designed to accomodate the huge population. Also, the mass transport system is not that efficient and convenient because most of the terminals are outside of the main city centers. You still have to ride a bus/jeepney to get to your destination.

Appreciate your comment but leave it to the expert. Filipinos kept saying "rich investors". In a Democratic society like America and Europe, rich investors define the economy of these countries. Who do you expect to lead the country's economy? Ordinary Juan Dela Cruz? Most of the so called "rich investors" used to be ordinary JDCruz. They worked hard to gain it and that is the reason why they now share their knowledge. So what if they are getting richer! They deserve it as long as they provide jobs to the people.

Land is available and development can be absorb by other cities throughout the country, it don’t make sense to continue, binabaha ang metropolis, move progress to Clark, Bacolod, Iloilo, Gen San, Zamboanga, CDO, Cebu, Davao , no more reclamation

Marunong ka pa sa Urban planner, lahat yang tinatayo sa Manila Bay dumaan sa research at proper planning. Ang masterplan nyan pag natapos with all the 32 new islands including the new airport and Bataan-Cavite link bridge, the low lying areas like Malabon, Navotas, Obando areas will be saved, as the new islands will be the shoreline, long hi-ground highways will protect the low lying areas eventually serve as the dike... Also, decision ng mga investors yan na diyan ilagay, you can't dictate na dalhin nila sa probinsya ang mga multi billion investment nila, they know what is strategic and ideal for them.
