Exceptional teaching of the Metro Rings Block. I'm more confident now about cutting and sewing the curves. The technique of sewing the curves with the positioning of both your hands helped a great deal. Adds to my suitcase of techniques. Thank you!

Purchased the QCR this week on a quilt group trip to Shipshewana along with a couple of great jelly rolls and cannot wait to begin this project. I love love love this pattern because even though the DWR is on my bucket list, I knew I would never make a traditional pattern. I was really pleased to find this tutorial video since even though I am an experienced quilter, I am a visual learner and this pointed out some of the critical details important to being pleased with my end result. Thank you!!

Sew awesome! I've been interested in trying the Quick Curve Ruler for some time now, and video tutorials actually do tend to sway my decision into purchasing a tool or pattern if there is this type of support to help in creating. Thank you! Looking forward to more on your channel!

This is a great pattern! I made it a couple of years ago and it was the third quilt I ever made. Even as an inexperienced quilter it was very easy to make - although today it would go together a bit quicker and more accurately. But sewing the curves was very easy.

The square needs to be 9.5 inches which allows for more accurating squaring up of this block, otherwise one of the arcs is too close to the end. I have tried 9 inch and 9.25, best size for this square is 9.5.

I like the pattern that is shown in the video - it is more illustrated than the free pattern on your website. Is it possible to get the pattern like the one on the video?

I have this pattern and am making the quilt now, but it says to sew together FOUR strip pieces and cut it 8" wide. I hope it wasn't an error in the pattern. I hope I can do it - I've never cut curves before.

Does anyone have a time estimate on making a queen size. About how many hours? I’m trying to plan my time to finish (and mail) within 2 months

How wide are the curves at their widest point? I have a ton of 5 inch squares that I'm hoping to cut in half and and sew together in short strips, getting two curves from each one. Does that make sense?

It's too confusing to have you orient the fabric to yourself. You are making the video for other people. I suggest more rehearsal in order to teach it so others can follow along easily. Also that cutting mat is seriously distracting. The high contrast in it draws the eye more than your fabric. I could not watch this.
