10/10 the house is almost perfect! the design is nice, aesthetic vibe, appealing and feels homie, and has strong external features and design, it's like looking an art, quite unique because of its modern design... though if i was the owner i would prefer to have a space for double-door fridge, hehe. but the space for utilities on the 3rd floor, the wide roof deck, and a pool thinking that it is only a 216 sqm lot is a blast! I think having a wide door and window glasses also serves a purpose giving it a very airy and bright feels on inside, which is very convenient plus having an interior designer really brings out the best of every corner of the home. I guess this should be included on the list for one of the best home featured on your channel! Kodus to you sir Jake Bautista and the team 👏🎉.

I understand this home is not for sale. But as a foreigner, I'm not allowed to buy homes in the Philippines anyways. However I, as a foreigner, am allowed to rent homes. As a Real Estate Broker, do you offer rentals?

The house itself is very nice and comfortable but what I don't like is the very hight walls around the house after s time it feels like you're living in a prison. But as a foreigner I will not be able to buy so I will not be having the problems

This is the design i was talking about with regards to the separation of the toilet & bath with the walk-in closet cuz of the moisture getting into our clothes when compared to your featured house with Ms. Rhian Ramos. This one’s a better design! Indeed a liveable space! 😃🫶🏼🏡 Everything is cohesively designed! I love that the toilet sinks are undermount. I’m not a fan of vessel bowls cuz water flows out of it flooding the surrounding area. It’s quite hard to clean. I would love if you will show the toilet bowls’ inside cuz the depth matters. What we have in th condo is a deep toilet bowl making water splash up whenever you poop. 😅😅 gross right? 🤢 an american toilet bowl is better than the european deep ones.
