The house is very beautiful and homey the downside was the lack of closets in other rooms except in Master bedroom. The Architect forgot to install closets.

Great layout, however, except for the primary room, there are no warddrobe cabinets in the bedrooms. Or did i just missed it?

You did not miss it. That's my concern, too. There are no closets in some of the bedrooms. I guess the builder or architect didn't care much about it. For me, it's very important and I should not worry about it at 53 M.

Likee that all bathroom haa window in it for ventilatiomno need for exhaust that needs cleaning and uses energy, also natural light coming in that no need to use lights during the day. Wondering if it has water tank,pressure tank and centralized water heater or the bathroom has provision for it.

So sad how helpers are treated in the Philippines, they get a tiny room with a tiny shower with no enclosure. And they work so hard to keep their boss’s big house tidy. They need to be treated better by giving them more comfortable living quarters.

Super nice ng ground floor! Especially the swimming pool and Lanai, however medyo kinapos sa idea ang 2nd floor. Medyo bitin and walang closet, not advisable for a big family. No linen closet or extra storage room 😥
