I love everything about this house and very well presented by Jake talaga❣️ Jake never skip any extra room, space or anything that the camera sees in the area where he’s at and he always made sure of going into its details and that’s what I love about him. Hindi sya nakakalitong mag detail ng layout. This house’s layout can easily get the audience confused with all the doors that connects to another place in the house but Jake successfully delivered it professionally and with class without rushing to show the next room or area of the house. The only thing I don’t like about this house is the stairs facing the door, I grew up with my grandma and mom always said that a stairs facing the main door is not a good thing for it’s letting all the luck out straight to the door. I don’t mean to offense anyone or the seller, it’s just the beliefs I grew up with my folks 🥰 But if I only am ready to retire to the Philippines now, I would buy this house and take the stairs down, replace it with an elevator then find a good spot for the stairs or reverse the stairs and find a good spot for the personal Lyft. Just an idea for the old folks in the fam 🥰
