I can't tell fully, but at times it's questionable how his aim works. It's just weird he made it to GM with the silver positioning and playstyle on display here. Some fights he picks seems to be very over confident that come with having 'assistance'. Metro was being way too nice in his positioning critique because it honestly felt like I was watching a silver with aim hacks on Flats' channel. Definitely carried by Mercy pocket and something else.

Soldier was the first character I picked up on OW2 launch (Im a OW2 player, so his kit was easy enough to pick up if you played other FPS games). I got super good with him, and climed to high diamond. Could have ranked up higher but the entire DPS category started feeling super boring to me. Support, although harder to Solo Queue climb, felt more rewarding so I switched to that. But even the way I was playing soldier wasnt optimal. Theres some solid tips in here. His skill floor is low, but ceiling is high enough where you can easily distinguish a bad, from a good, from an INSANE soldier (or any other DPS).

An average game where you lose would be good, if it’s bad it doesn’t represent your issues unless it’s common than it’s a consistency issue

Usually replays where you do bad point out your biggest weaknesses. Learning what you do right also helps, but minimizing your mistakes and focusing on improving your errors makes your game-play that much more consistent.

The full recordings are always pretty long, we try to keep the best info while not making the full thing not an hour ++. Chances are, he played pretty solid and nothing really noteworthy happened!

I personally do not think that he should be a gm. Maybe diamond. That movement is not GM quality. Soldier should be high ground priority in my perosnal opinion.
