So in the end, what is it REALLY about? Is it about meeting the vawe of new (and old) inveronmental requirements to infrastructure development, or is it really about maximazing the monetization of the end product by "green painting" it? I have such a hard time to understand why all of the sudden everything from a flower bed to a garbage bin and a 10 store building have to be calculated into BREEAM and CEEQUAL scores, when its final score is absolutely not visible in any way for the consumer or society both during and after building process is over..
