Its from an event - in Copenhagen where both Mew and Nick Cave played - The event is "The Danish Crown Prince Couple's Award" where some awards is given to artist within the fields of culture, social conditions and nature conservation. So the guy in the black suit is the Crown Prince of Denmark.

Good. God. I was watching the ending thinking 'okay, that's beautiful and pitch-perfect; he can't possibly be singing it live'. But then, by the end you can tell that he was. And my mind was blown.
