So this is my favorite dish. Make it weekly honestly at some point in my life and it's something my grandmother that raised me taught me to make. Get some corn/maize tortillas, cut them up into smaller or long bits it doesn't matter honestly have fun, get a pan on a medium heat and throw those kiddos in, add in oil or butter, onions if you like it, tomato in the same fashion. Once that's caramelized, or at that point you like, you can season here, i normally use chicken bouillon, and onion powder. After that i add in tomato sauce/valvita/ some version of Mexican brand chilaquiles sauce either homemade or bought. If you like then dry add a bit if not just drown to your liking and enjoy. I also add in an egg, with a nice soft yolk and enjoy even more. It's my childhood and it's my favorite recipe. Little love from my grandma to you all and myself.
