I would have never thought to mix these ingredients for the quesadillas. For some reason, i did not have canned pineapple in my pantry. So, i used what I had, which was mince meat pie mix in a jar. Wow! Delicious 😋 salty/sweet/spicy all in one. When I get some pineapple, I'll remake it. But, in the meantime, this version will be my Christmas breakfast!

Love your recipes. Thank you for telling us about how to pick a good lime. I love corn tortillas, I never thought to freeze them. 😋 that pineapple and cheese on the tortilla look good. I never heard of doing it like that.

If you are talking about the quesadillas, the jar is Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, which she mixes with mayonnaise

I appreciate you trying to make an affordable grocery buy for your audience but I think you should be reading the Great Value brand labels. Although Great Value is cheap, they can cause cancer and their brand is extremely processed filled with chemicals. I don’t recommend people buying this brand. Sometimes cheap brands mean highly toxic and dangerous foods. Being in a Mexican family, we never buy these kind of brands that are dangerous for our kids and older people. If anyone reads this comment do not buy Great Value. Please read their labels.
