I wasn't actually interested in anything Mexican before I became a call center agent here in the Philippines. I sometimes had the chance to talk to spanish/mexican people and I loved their kindness. From then on I became interested in their culture and food and some of them are quite similar to Filipino food. Few years later, I dreamt of going to Mexico and til now I am still dreaming haha. I wish I was born Mexican coz damn their food looks sooooo delicious and their people are so wholesome and good looking too 💗

I've never normally this early because it's the middle of the night here in New Zealand. Mark you have taught so much about food, it's history, the sharing of a meal and how it brings people close. I think that once you share a table you become family. You also teach us to appreciate food and especially how to treat others with respect. I've watched your channel nearly from the start. It may sound strange to you but you have encouraged me to try new foods. I have aspergers and my food trait is to keep all food separate for example I wouldn't eat a stir fry but I will eat the components separately. I have also had numerous surgeries over the years to remove blocked parts of my intestine due to having crohns disease since I was a young child. I only have one metre of my intestine left and this makes eating painful and I have to force myself to eat. Anyway because of watching your channel I set myself a challenge to try new foods. About three years ago when I was 40 I tried noodles, teriyaki chicken, pulled pork etc. Ironically I love to cook it's the eating part that is hard for me. I was having TPN however my body wouldn't accept having a line in which caused life threatening clots. So Mark thank you for giving me the desire to try new food. I love your personality and how you always respect the food and the culture everywhere you go. You are always positive and find the good in every situation. So thank you for all the hard work you put each and every video. Xx

Can we all agree those shrimp in the seafood tower were obviously undercooked and they got sick from this? Like the ones picked out of the middle were cooked, but those outside ones were pretty much raw.😂
