I've followed you for years and went to some of the same places in Malaysia and Thailand...think you're growing a soft spot for Mexican cuisine. While I'm in the Pacific Northwest, my community is 60% Mexican with a large percentage from the Colima and Guadalajara area of Mexico. In fact, Colima is our sister city in Pasco, WA. I see some of these dishes locally, but to see it in that first restaurant is perfect. AND I've been to several of the spots you've been in the city.
