Mexico's Most Instagram Worthy Place | Tulum Instagram vs Reality

Seli & I went to Mexico's most Instagram-worthy place, Tulum. People from all over the world flock to this small beach town to take photos of the many beach locations, Statues, and even street signs.
While we were here we wanted to know if Tulum was really worth the Instagram hype or if the reality of a crowded town would leave a negative taste in our mouth.
We rented bicycles from Nubike. The bikes were 200 pesos (Full Day, 24 hours) or 150 pesos (Half Day, 12 hours).

As we biked through this very cool but crowded town we got to see all of the most coveted places in Tulum. It was probably the best way to get around because of the limited parking.

I like Sfer Ik Museum (Azulik) it looks amazing. I'll be there next week so I really appreciate this video. Thanks for the tip on bike parking and that the famous Ven a La Luz Sculpture has moved. Hopefully I'll be there early to avoid the lineup to take a photo.

We went to the downtown location and were the only ones there in the morning (around 9am). The Matcha Mama by the beach is usually very crowded.

@@seliandalex thank you for the reply. I will be there next month. May I pls ask you two more questions. What road do they use to get to the ruins? And the Burger spot that has the free cenote is that downtown or on the beach side?

@@violettevbunni9508 of course! To get to the ruins you can take either the main road or the one along the beach (Playa Paraiso) called La Costera if we're not mistaken and this is a much nicer route if you go by bike, scooter. So we didn't really go to any of the cenotes around Tulum but if it's Clan-Destin cenote you are talking about it is by the beach! We're sure you will have the best time there!
