Sending them your research proposal is encouraged, so they can evaluate/decide if they can sufficiently supervise you, in my opinion. Hope this helps

Yes you can apply for more than 3 LPAs, bt later on the form you must only put the top3 that you wish to go to. Hope this helps

However, on their websites, in the "Teaching Introduction section", there's no Email provided; only their name and a quick background of them. Do you have any idea on how to get their Email Address? Hi Azalia, do the supervisors need to be emailed before you put their name onto your application? Did you email them with attachments of your incomplete applications?

It depends on the university and the professor. Bt it is always recommended to email them first and make contact with them. Yes, i sent them my proposal so they can see if they would be interested in supervising me or not. Hope this helps

Congratulations! That's great news. Yes I sent out to multiple universities because I don't know which one would accept my application. Then after I heard from all only I put my top 3 choices in the form. All the best to you!

@@lizaluna87 as stated earlier, at the end of the day it is up to you to put ONLY 3 on the form. After you hsve decided, you can kindly inform the unis not chosen that MEXT has chosen a different uni for you (which is true as they decide ultimately among the 3 listed)

If university select you that means you are selected by MEXT or any further process will be there?

If you are under University recommendation, then there is no further process. Bt if you are under Embassy recommendation the uni will only provide you with a Letter of Provisional Acceptance and MEXT will ultinately decide which uni u will be sent to.
