Got this figure 3 days ago and it's one of my favorite Batman figures so far over the BvS figure I have. Also too got him at retail price being $90 at a comic store which is good for the price since for some reason the blue color scheme is in more high demand then the regular release which to me I liked the black more but having the blue in hand is a great look. Only issue I have the tiny tip on my right ear is very tiny bend but it's fine also I have the crease issue on my left side of the cape but the right is fine. Lastly, the folds are a new thing they did that to have it drape over the shoulder better since the BvS figure had that issue having so much cape it didn't fold naturally and it's the same pleather material as well. Also the difference too with this and the regular isn't just the obvious color with the blue but also the grey is much more lighter then the regular even the belt is more of a hint of green in the gold over the bronze gold color on the regular even obviously color difference with some of the accessories like the Batarangs but it's still the same figure and great definitely worth it. I more looking forward for the Sovereign Knight Batman next since that one will look great with my Superman figure and have them figure one another

Those odd bendy wire things plug into that clear thing with all the holes in it, and the clips are used to display the cape in some cool poses (because mezco was being kinda lame, and didnt make it a wired cape)

Most will tell you the wires can damage the cape, but it does display ok when you get it right.

I know I’m a few years late, my cape came like yours too, I’m sure almost all did, but anyway I actually ironed my cape and it got rid of the crinkles. I cover the body with a damp towel to protect from the iron and it worked. This might help if you haven’t fixed it already.

I slept on this one and just focused on getting the Sovereign Knight px, but after seeing photos with this and the new John Stewart it was a buy...and it will be cool to have Mezcos trilogy of Bats.

The bendy wires clip on to the bottom of the cape, so that you can basically articulate the cape

All you do to use the bendy wire is to put him on the clip that plugs in on the base and then attach attach the thing with all the holes onto it into the stand and then plug in the wires and clip the wire to the cape

Nah bro, I pass on the blue Bats. He is the Dark Knight, born of fear and rage of murdered parents. To me Bats aesthetics should always reflect that. But it is another great Mezco Figure. And I have two Ascending Knight Bats: All Black and Gold belt and Black & Gray. Great video bro. 👊🏾
