There's something extremely hilarious about the flying battleship. Like... it doesn't have propellers, balloons or anything that would indicate that it can ascend in the air. It's just... A ship that flies. Anyway, this is great as always. The animation's nice and the music is pretty. I eagerly look forward to seeing more from this world you've created!

I love the contrasting shots between the younger happy-go-lucky side of the natural world with the younger Mezzo and the more brutal "dog-eat-dog" side of nature she shows as she's gotten older and more cynical

So here's what I've gathered so far Separately Sagari and Kata seemed to be a part of the Saba Family but were separated and lived the majority of their lives in whatever Eastern civilization, but have visited the Empire, just haven't crossed paths with their family Just from some depictions, Tenor may have visited said Eastern civilization or worked in a cut of the civilization in or near the Empire before being taken to work on their tech that would be shown in Baritone's story. Tenor may possibly be the oldest but unsure. The events of Baritone happened before Mezzo, seeming to be Baritone being second oldest with Alto and Mezzo being younger (the models look the same but the clothing was different, may be another Saba family member in Baritone's story). The woman and wolfman encountered in Baritone's story seem to have defected to the Empire but the woman kinda gives off vibes that she hasn't fully defected/still believes in the rebellion (might be against her will or doing so to help the rebellion even if it seems she's betrayed them). As far as the rebellion is aware, she has defected and such have removed themselves from any connection to her, thus the photo of all members intact except for her visage being singed. The events following after Baritone with the wolfman donned in tech razing the forest Mezzo was in (possibly Alto was there or maybe after discovering fire magic there was an incident that traumatized Alto around open flames). Let me know if I missed anything.

As of Alto, we're aware that Alto is wanted for accidently burning down a theater with assorted individuals of import inside, likely resulting is mass casualties. He was arrested for the mass manslaughter (probably seen as mass murder) and arson, and probably would have been killed if Mezzo didn't find him. His pyrophobia stems more from his lack of control over his own powers than the incident in which the forest was burned, which I would guess he wasn't present for.

Geno this videos are so great due to the strength of just SHOW and DONT TELL. From all the scenes you SHOW us.. TELL'S us the story. Mezzo is clearly a free spirit druid, she was happy in the wild till the empire burned it down and forced her to fight back. Clearly she cares alot about who she calls family.. but there is deftinally more beneath the surface then shown.
