There's an instrumental version so you can just take the original track and then overlay the instrumental version with a reversed polarity to cancel out the beat. I think that's what they did.

You take the instrumental, flip its wavelength's polaritty and overlay it with the original track to cancel out the beat. It should work that way (that's how noise cancelling headphones work btw)
