3rd Gunman I discovered him in 2009...even though I unknowingly knew the whole lyrics to 'It ain't nothin' cuz it was on Tony Hawks Underground and I had that on repeat. But that was 2000, 2001. In 2009, I discovered him foreal this time and I believe it may have been his song strange ways someone used in a Madden video. Since I heard his name before, I looked up his albums. Being 09 'Born Like This' was released the previous year so I decided to hear that first. It was dope but it had to grow on me. Eventually I listened to Vaudeville Villain and Madvillainy, I fucking fell in love!!!! I have never been impressed with an artist at the highest level like DOOM and I've been a Cassidy, Fabolous, Lupe, Pharoahe Monch, Jay Electronica, Emimen Stan but even though they're all phenomenal, MF DOOM is on an entirely different rap style and level no one has ever been able to get my attention and hold it for this long
