For some reason, I prefer the GBT colors on the MG grandaddy Gundam 3.0 over the original colors Also, any tips to paint the clear eye piece using black gundam marker in case I don't want to use the eye sticker of this kit?

Tape Take little bits and carefully carefully use the edge of your hobby knife to cut them into place over the eye pieces (there are grooves)

I've built the 3.0 regular version, and while it's a fun build, it's not a kit to pose often. Mine became wobbly and parts are coming off due to the weak plastic. It looks good, but I hated it. My other MGs, like the Strike RM is still solid and can still hold its poses. The 3.0? Nope. If you want a kit you can pose often, get the Origin version.

Yeah the mg 3.0 is kind of fragile. Mine is a pain to pose due to things popping out of place (mainly the fingers) but I glued some pieces in some places and it is much better

The arms on the 3.0 are the most annoying thing ever. Elbow joint took me a couple of tries before I got it right.

Yeah it was a slight issue but overall better then RG hands

You need to break in the hand so they work properly
