Congratulations for a comprehensive review of ADAS features in a very simple language. Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keeping Assist and normally activated only above the speed of 60 km/h by all OEMs. These features are meant to be used only on highways, where the lanes are typically 2.5 meters wide. Thus the driver has enough reaction time to counter steer in case the electronic servo steering turns the vehicle by mistake. Lanes on city roads are narrow, and can cause side to side collision. Also as SAE Level 2 features, LDW and LKA are only meant to avoid accidents in case the driver is sleepy, and loses control on the vehicle for only a short time of less than 10 seconds. LDW and LKA are coarsely regulated by UNECE R130.

Not sure why these many assist routed through electronics, Nowadays people are obsessed with features and completely forget the main basic aspect of a car. With these many electronics it will bound to fail, and if service centers are not technically equipped folks we ll have nightmare during ownership..

Hi Sir, I need your help in issues related to my Nexon( 3 months old) . I've met with a small accident resulting in damage of internal parts . My car ac compressor stopped working. Now insurance claim company is denied the claim stating there is no physics Damage and Tata as denied warranty stating this will not be covered in warranty as vechile met with an accident.
