MG TF | Fitting a brake servo brace

just went to fit my brace, should have checked first as have older air intake duct so will need to change this first, will teach me for assuming that its the same as your version.

I installed one on my TF a few weeks back, I had a bit more movement than you did I think, it made a big diffrence to the feel of the breaks, it has a much nicer pedal now.

I was surprised by the lack of movement to start with to be honest, but the pedal does seem firmer now

Thanks. I only really notice a difference when I brake hard. Otherwise when driving normally it feel similar to before.

Hi - looks good! Just bought the bracket and will fit when it’s warmer in my garage🥶 Noticed your snazzy bonnet struts! Do you mind me asking where you acquired them please? I’ll check if you’ve done a fitment video. Keep up the good work👍

I don’t have a full video of me fitting them to the car as I’d already fitted them before I started this channel unfortunately. There is a link in the video description on where you can get them from though. Good luck with fitting the servo brace 👍

Have you added braided hoses to the car? I am thinking of doing it soon!

No, not yet. I’ll probably look at doing that if / when I upgrade to brake AP Calipers
