Windsor EV should not be brought by a first time ev buyer... The battery pack is pathetically small. A practical range of 260 for 100% charge is not practical. One does not go till 0 to charge the vehicle. To keep practicality one need to charge the car at 20% and that makes the practical range around 220 which means that inter city transfers are not feasible/ time taking. Also while fast charging, the AC doesn't work which makes it completely impractical during summer.

I have Nexon empowered plus 45. Iam fully happy with the car. Getting 360+ range continuous with ac always on. Way better than windsor. Better suspension, better range, better driving dynamics than windsor. Windsor is better in space

One of the best car in India presently, value for money, lifetime battery warranty, one year free battery recharge and after 3 years you can give it back to MG and get 60% of the value....what more you can ask for?? i found the suspension really stiff, it throws the passengers left and right even on the smallest bump. Kindly update the suspensions as it compromises with the overall comfort and ride quality. This is the only drawback according to me.

Maine bhi windsor ko try Kiya magar pasand kam aayi. Phir maine Mahindra XUV 400 ev chalakar dekhi. That was wow experience. Aur maine January'25 ko wo purchase bhi kar li. Gajab gaadi hain XUV 400 ev. Maine ushka top verient purchase Kiya hain aur main aaj behad khush hu. Jarur test drive kare Mahindra XUV 400 ev, aapko maja aa jayega bhai logo.

Nice review . I have already booked Windsor . And getting delivery in February . I think the Top model is most value for money . Because in just 2 lac extra money u get so much features. In all Petrol & diesel car they charge up to 2 lac extra for AUTOMATIC version . I already research so much for Windsor ev . It’s value for money .

Untill u want city use. 3to 4 yrs ur actual usable range would be less than 200 km , keeping in mind 20 percent of battery is always kept unused , with that battery u always go home to charge. 90 percent chances they will launch 50 kWh model by March with 1 lac increase. That would be worth buying

You are still living in 90s and if you not able to accept the change then first start using pager and basic telephone of bsnl used in 80-90s , I travel daily for 150 km up and down and even done 500km thrice in a month without any problem so better you plan to change the mindset and start believing in innovation

The MG hiked price by 50K , they are fools, this EV is sold as its economical if its on road price is 15L (after price hike) for base model- Phir koi yeh kyu le 260-280kms range wali , 1-2 lakh daal ke aur beter range and better design (evergreen) wali EV hi lega

@rajafcp sir please read battery detoriation clause on fourth page , 23 page terms and condition are mentioned in miniscule letters ,they are allowing 5 percent detoriation as per the norms. They will also check your fast charge profile .Warranty does not mean ur battery will remain new forever. It is really difficult to actually get your battery changed in warranty all the company take indian judiciary for a ride. Just to check your vehicle battery has a problem they will keep ur vehicle in service centre for a month.
