You mention the Excite has electric windows front and back. In my Excite, the driver's window goes up and down with a long press of the button. With the other 3 windows, a long press only lowers the windows. If you want to raise those 3 windows, you have to hold the button continuously. This was surprising to me. Do other drivers have the same experience or is there a bug with mine? I have my MG5 Long Range Excite about 2 weeks and enjoying it very much, apart from 1 or 2 niggles like I just mentioned.

EVs generally don’t come with spare wheels since its not recommended jacking up a heavily laden car with all those batteries onboard.
@WhichEV2 жыл бұрын
That's not true. It's perfectly fine to jack up an EV at the correct jack point. Bear in mind that there have been lots of petrol / diesel SUVs in the past that are just as heavy as the heavier EVs, and much heavier than most. Are you not allowed to jack up a Range Rover or Discovery? What about a Mercedes G-Wagon? Those have spare tyres on the back, and G-Wagons weight 2.6 tonnes. Are the spare tyres just for decoration?
