I'm sorry, but the Rainbow High Littles line doesn't look like Rainbow High to me. It doesn't look like these have inset eyes or good articulation either. Do the main characters really need siblings? This reeks of MH Gen 2 to me, and I thought that it was dumb and unnecessary when that line added random younger siblings to it! I am intensely disappointed, and this line feels very unnecessary to me!🖤💜

I'm collecting in box Rainbow High and Shadow High while I still can. The new lines are not appealing to me because, of course, they're not necessary made for adult collectors. I truly consider the original dolls art and use them as decorations in my house. The new lines are clearly children's toys. No shade

I’ve noticed that a lot of little kids now a days prefer dolls of kids rather than adult dolls so I get why mga would wanna expand the rainbow high brand and make even younger dolls esp to compete w Barbie’s Chelsea line. I think they’re cute they could be better tho, I get that these are not aimed at adult collectors at all but the little kids deserve dolls that r a bit higher quality like at least painted plastic accessories or cuter outfits…

believe it or not the slime dolls sold better then shadow high series 1 in my Targets, I think collectors forget we are not the only ones buying these, there are other demographics as well

I just don’t understand why companies like mga and Mattel do things like this, like your dolls are so amazing and people want to buy them, because of the high quality and unique outfits and ideas, but then all of a sudden they switch to a completely new demographic and they wonder why their sales plummet. Have you ever watched the Buffy The Vampire Slayer series? Buffy woke up at the begining of one of the seasons, and suddenly had a little sister, Dawn, she wasn't real, she was a key created to be her sister so Buffy would protect her with her life, everyones memories were altered so she always existed, most of the Buffy fanbase hate her! I think a similar thing has happened at Rainbow High, the girls never mentioned their little sisters because they didn't have any! Those have been created for some nefarious purpose by those satanic demon creatures that hang around purporting to be pets and the girls memories altered, that is why their eyes look so weird, they are not human! Most of the RH fans hate them.

These RH dolls are being made over and over but getting shorter with each line and the quality is toddler play line. I know they’re targeting children but there are so many different dolls that will be competing with these new littles doll line. I haven’t purchased a RH doll in 2 months. I pretty much have all the RH dolls that I want in my collection.

I remember when the mlp g5 rebrand happened and the redesigns were just not great. The way it was done feels like it was designed purposefully to alienate fans. Both the bronies and the long time pony collectors. It sometimes feels like that is what MGA wants to do with Rainbow High. We were just too bitchy for them. Realistically though, Rainbow High just wasn't profitable. I knew the end was near when I bought the rainbow vision dolls for 20 dollars a piece in July of 2023, with the exception of Sabrina. There is no way MGA nor the retailors that bought them broke even.
