Salamat ngayon naintindihan ko bigla nalang umaabot ng 150/100bp ko. Muscle pain Takot. Ako din ayoko nakikita ako ng ibang tao.. Wals kasi sila natutulong... Panunuorin ka lang... 2017-223 4 yrs. Ñacococntrol ko na kahit paano takot ko ... Hirap noon kunting may pakiramdam di ko maunawaan .sugod agad ako sa er. Pagdating dun normal lahat ng result.

Hi Doc Jun , Bago pa po ako sa inyong channel nkapag subscribed. Itong vediong ito napakalaking tulong po sa akin. Dahil Nagkaroon po ako ng OSTEOPOROSIS 2years na po ang nkaraan. Pero dahil po sa pandemic hindi po ako nkapunta ng hospital orthopedics Dahil takot po ako magka covid. Pero nakapunta po ako ng clinic Orthorehabilitation At nakapag patest po ako sa aking nerv May pinapagawa sila sa akin ng manual exercise tatlong klase lang po.at nkapagpatheraphy po ako 3months 24 sessions pero pagkatapos doon hindi nman po nawala ang sakit ng aking baywang doc😭😭😭😭may mga resita po ang doctor karamihan pain reliver pero diko po binili kasi ayuko uminom ng painreliver hanggat kaya ko po ang kirot. 47 po ako noong magkaroon ako ng osteoporosis doc.ngayon 49 na po ako. Sabi po ng doctor sakin may naipit daw po ugat sa spinal cord ko sa bandang baywang sa likod at sa aking rightside po kaya daw ito sumasakit huhu. Masaya po ako doc nakapanood sa inyong actual vedio for exercise dahil magagaya po kita araw araw sa aking pag exercise. Hindi po ganyan ang itinuro nila sakin exercise. Basta di po ako Doc satisfied sa manual exercises ko parang nakukulangan talaga ako. Buti nlang ni refer kayo sakin ng friend ko. Kaya agad kitang hinahanap po sa KZbin at Facebook page. Thanks doc, buti naifeatute mo to, nksubscribed ako sau last month nung nghanap ako about trigger finger exercises. I had thyroidectomy last year, had my complete check ups and found out that I had mild osteoperosis, i am taking vit. D supplement once a month..everyday nagtreadmill ako 30 mins lng 5km/hr..minsan pag mtagal nkaupo prang msakit mga kasukasuan ko, btw i'm 53yo menopause n po...thanks s mga tinuro nyo n mga exercises. I will do this everyday after my walking..thanks, GBU

Hi Doc watching you po from Naga City Bicol-Ako po 3 years na pong bed ridden dahil po sa Osteopodosis. After ko pong maoperahan ng goiter after 4 months dna po ako nka tayo till now. Bigla lang akong nag karoon ng bone cancer. Help me pp. Wala po akong iniinom na gamot.
