Beautiful car. I just acquired a 1968 MGC GT in British racing green and with an automatic transmission. I started the disassembly and hope to finish the restoration in about 2 years.

There was a V-8, but it came later and none were imported to the US. It used the Rover 3.5l. It was sold as a MGB V-8.

Mr. Rogers seems ill prepared and disorganized, quoting inaccurate information and histories. The repetition of incorrect information in road tests from 1967 continue to this day.
