Love your videos man, binged them all after finding you 2 days ago but, uhh, you've fundamentally misunderstood Armstrong, he admits half way through the fight that he was just lying about basically everything he told you while he had his shirt on, and he just wants to end society because he thinks survival of the fittest and the weak should fear the strong are great foundations for a nation, especially so because he would ostensibly be, by far, the strongest person, he essentially does not care about actually ending war and suffering, he just wants it all to serve him instead, and the main reason raiden kills him is because even though raiden realizes he's kind of a hypocrite he can't just stand back and watch as Armstrong grinds billions of people into mush with the system he wants to put in place, because he recognizes that while war and suffering had forged him into a strong independent person who can grasp his fate and others with his own hands and change it, he also knows how much suffering this has caused, both for him and his family and the world, and that a world of raidens and Armstrongs would be horrible, and raiden unironically wants to work towards a future where people don't have to go through what he did to have control over their lives, which is what Armstrong used as a flashy lie to try and win people over, which is why at the end Armstrong tells raiden he's just like him, he's Armstrong's lie taken seriously.

Nah I got that, I just wasn't able to communicate my exact thoughts. The bit about American history is supposed to be about how British rule hampered the self-actualization of strong individuals, and the constitution makes sure that the state doesn't overpower the individual. But over time, groups of individuals have grown so powerful that now strong individuals are being restricted again. Because of this, Armstrong wants to tear down society to create the conditions for strong individuals to thrive, unrestricted by the nietzschean slave morality that Western society is based off of. My main point is that Raiden's slave morality and idealism is very funny, seeing as he just really enjoys killing people, and has cut a massive swathe through "the weak" in order to "protect the weak". He's been running around, enforcing his will on the world simply because he's strong enough to get away with it, which is exactly how Armstrong wants the world to work. And that comes off as fucking hilarious to me, considering his quest is just to protect the status quo.

Yeah, fun fact: If you pick the "attack dodge" move that I totally remember the name of, you can literally skip Susdowner's entire gimmick; you can spam the move to circle around him faster than he can turn and kill him without coming into contact with his shields

I absolutely loved the breakdown of each character's, and by extension, Raiden's, ideologies at 17:20. I have never thought about each one that way, and it really puts a lot of the plot and ideas of the game in a better perspective.

Man, it may look like some of your videos are not doing numbers and that you may be not as good editing-wise as Maxor, Jimothy or Sseth but you have your own style and you are the only one who dug into the lyrics of the bossfight OSTs to understand their agenda and views. You found a good balance between memes and substance and that is something the new wave of gaming channels sometimes lacks. Keep up the good work and you will find your niche and audience! Thank you for assuaging my insecurities lol. My favorite part of my videos is when I blend some kind of educational or analytical substance in with the discussion of the game, so I'm glad to see you enjoy it here. I straight-up can't watch maxor videos because they give me ego death lol. His scripts are able to maintain a constant meme energy in pace, and most gags are able to stand on their own (as evidenced by all the clips floating around from his stuff). I'm pretty confident in my editing abilities, but what he and sseth does require a lot of effort in writing, which I am just ass at lmao. @@Toastoffire100 btw, if you need advice to boost your views -- do collabs with other aspiring youtubers from the second echelon (not from the quality point of view ofc). Top of the mind: Black Yoshi, FLEEKAZOID, maybe ICARUS and Br0leg, but they are from other niche but worth trying. These guys got their shoutouts from other youtubers and would be willing to help out others who are rn at the same phase they were a year ago. Another good step would be to grow your community. I think you already have your discord server -- promote it and engage your audience by personal communication. Id be happy to jump on it and preach it to my friends :)

It's VERY fun to make, there's a bunch of subtle (and not so subtle) speed changes to make it happen. I was planning on doing one for all the bosses, but blade wolf didn't really earn a moment like that, susdowner had no health, and I really didn't feel like fighting Armstrong again to get the footage lol

I spent 1 fucking hour on the senator boss sense I ran out of health Items, and thought that the throwing a rock part of it was glitched. My friends where all watching me in the discord background saying "skill issue" for the hole hour sense every one of them wanted to watch the boss fight. I did get the boss low on several occasions, but later one of my friends said. Why don't you just move the camera in blade mode. So after one hour of forgetting a integral mechanic, proving all my friends it was a skill issue, and getting my ass kicked. I beet the senator.... First try....... I will forever be mocked
