The bank don't know? The bank always know if you are doing business banking. Also, If you aren't disclosing your business debt "Liabilities vs Asset" that you have personally guaranteed, this is called wire, mail and bank fraud. So many of our people get caught up, mostly because we think simply because we got the loan that we didn't do anything wrong. Maybe not knowingly or on purpose. However, ignorance isn't and wouldn't to an excuse to break the law UNKNOWINGLY. We have to tweak the topic because so many things are involved outside of personal and business credit. Nevertheless, I always wish my brothers and sisters in the field great luck in real estate. Always educate yourself, get a mentor and then have your real estate attorney check into your mentor and then have your lawyer check into your lawyer. It's that serious, my comment is from experience and I did everything correct so I'm typing from a power of strength and not a lack of knowledge, Much Love.

Totally do what they say! I have maxed out (zero interest for 12mths) and paid off my credit cards and they doubled my limit. Credit score went up 80+ points in one day. Now I have 2 cards at $30,000 and $34,000 credit limit asked for and approved in same day! Got inquiries off and applied for credit to buy some properties in process.

I cant tell you how much information you have provided me that is a true blessing. It is a honor to listen and take notes. I watched this video all the way through to listen first. Then I went back to take notes. First I am restructuring my LLC, changing the address and phone number, and getting a virtual office. I started to get a PO Box address but now I am getting a virtual office, and list my business. I am just getting started. Next I am going to go to all the Credit Unions, open up those accounts, and immediately apply for Business Credit Cards and Business Lines of Credit. I could say a lot more. As a Bookkeeper, I have seen clients do the credit card to refund transactions. I always have to ask them to connect the dots before I allocate the expense or income. In most cases, this ends up being a cash holdover that goes to a then an asset within the year. You just made this make so much sense to me now. Thank you for the EOY 💎.

To liquidate the funds from your business credit card the logical thing to do is request checks from the business credit card company considering they offer checks when applying. Then just write out a check to yourself instead of going to someone in your supposed audit circle because we all don’t have an “Audit Circle Per Say”

Thank you for discussing the risks of over extending yourself. As a former small business lender I’ve seen business owners bankrupt themselves with credit cards and once you file bankruptcy it’s extremely difficult to get future business financing! The risk are real and it’s definitely not discussed enough. If the goal is to build wealth it takes time and if it sounds to good to be try it probably is. Btw, branch managers don’t have any authority to give you credit. They process the apps and are sales people and don’t have the final say at all! PLEASE BE CAREFUL with managing your business and personal credit!

Very good stuff gentleman. I just got a approved for a Chase INK business credit card for a credit limit of $3,000. Its not a high credit limit. But considering the fact that they were able to get me a start, is a really good feeling. I a now a new subscriber!
