It says at rhe beginning in less rhan 90 minutes, but i think all the recioes in the book taje just 21 minutes. There is a weigher in the bottom of the soup maker and its umportant rhat you weigh rhe ingredients as they go in. The ingredients must fit between rhe max and min marks or you will get rhe E1 code come up. Thats why its easier to follow the recipes in the booklet rhat comes with it.

Thanks managed to get through to.makers. unfortunately had not kept receipt so no warranty. Beware people took 18 mins to get through to customer services they no longer have technicians but customer services said it was the circuit.

spray some 'electrical contact cleaner 'on the 4 pins in the lid and put the lid off and on about 20 times to clean the mating contact surfaces. It got mine working again.

This can happen . Leave overnight with some water and detergent. Then use a scrubbing pad .
