Might be some getting use to? I thought you did pretty okay. A few times you did some spinning axe move on the wounded part of its legs and toppled it back to back. Easy free damage and looked like an easy set up for big burst damage. I'm not sure what decorations you were given either. If it follows MH Rises formula, there's probably a "Rapid Morph" deco to speed the morphing animation up. I know it made the switch axe in that mhr uber speed and truly gave the Switch in Switch axe its name. Was doing switch combos like butter.

Ya honestly the last time I played charge blade a lot was in world, so never really gave it a shot in rise. I did hear that rapid morph is returning so that will probably make the weapon feel a lot smoother. In general all the weapons felt a little stiff but that might have been a beta thing 😁
