I suggest watching the latest episode or reading the latest chapters. You'll be happy to know Soukoku is not over! As for Dazai, if he died, he'd probably be lamenting how he died to Fyodor of all people, and won't feel much emotions at his own death other than possible frustration at not dying in his own terms. He sees no value in what we call 'living' after all.

It's just fun to think about the 'what will happen' when they got back and how they act after knowing the truth and how will Soukoku realized and choose to act.
